All you have to do when you find a design you like on our store is to call the phone number below the post or email us or contact us through the "Submit Design" on the store.
How can I find a BBwears product that I am looking for?
Easy: enter the style name or number in the search box at the top right of the page. Don't have a specific style in mind? Use our top navigation or bottom navigation to browse our categories. Use the filters on our category pages at the buttom of BBwears store to help you narrow down options.
If i have a footwear sample design, will you be able to make it based on my design?
Yes of course! We welcome sample designs from our customers
How do i send and upload a sample design for you to make for me?
Simply click on the "Submit design" page and upload your design or reach out to us.

Will i pay for delivery?
Yes you will. We charge a flat rate of N1000 for delivery to Lagos residents and N2000 to other state residents. International customers contact us for more details.
How long will it be before I receive my order?
Expected delivery time with standard shipping is 3-4 business days for Lagos residents, 4-5 days for Nigeria residents and 5-7 days for international residents.
